Al Batha Learning Festival held at Expo Centre Sharjah, festival was crowded with around 4000 labours of Al Batha Group welcomed by their Managers, Super Seniors & Directors. Al Batha is Arabic word “valley”, founded in 1950 by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qassimi. Today the group comprise of 25 autonomous companies.
Al Batha strives to be “Learning Organization” their aim to train every employee at least once a year. Team of more than 30 Training Champions organizes in house courses, ranging from management development programs to creativity, quality, health & safety of employees.
Festival is an opportunity for all employees to learn and avail excitement by participating in educational zones of different level which includes games. Participation entitles employees for raffle coupons to win prizes. The Festival started at 3:00pm with recitation of Quraan. Opening announcement from Group Managing Director Mr Ishaque Noor followed by MDs, GMs and huge claps when Ms. Sabiha Kazi the real star behind success of learning festival welcomed all.
